All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time and Rates

United States: 3 to 7 business days

Canada and the Caribbean: 7 to 14 business days

International: 10 to 21 business days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Free 5-7 day shipping is available for qualifying orders; please check our website for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. 

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be activated.

For international orders, LANSEE BEAUTY is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages
