A- Premium botanical formulas, clean ingredients, and clinical-level performance—without sulfates, parabens, mineral oil, or silicones.

2) Are your products safe for sensitive scalps/skin?

Yes. Our formulas are gentle and fragrance-conscious. Always patch test on a small area 24 hours before first use.

3) Pregnancy & breastfeeding?

Most items are pregnancy-friendly. If you’re unsure or have medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider and review our INCI lists.

4) How do I use LCO/LOC for best hydration?

Apply Leave-in (L), then Cream (C), then Oil (O) or Leave-in → Oil → Cream, depending on your hair porosity. Our Styling Cream + 10 Oils Elixir lock in long-lasting moisture.

5) Do you ship internationally?

Currently U.S. only. We’re working to expand—join our newsletter for updates.

6) Shipping times

Standard processing 1–2 business days. Delivery typically 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email.

7) Returns & exchanges

Unopened/unused items within 10 days of delivery. For help, contact support@lanseebeauty.com with your order number.

8) Order changes/cancellations

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once fulfillment starts.

9) Shelf life

Best within 12–24 months unopened; 6–12 months after opening. Store cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight.
